Called this afternoon from

020 3518 8341

offering 30% for the next year, because EE has had problems with calling clarity and ‘dropping out’ hung up then was called back immediately twice more, a very insistent little bugger, I think it may be a scam, if it was from EE I apologise!

Hi @Nic060

Thanks for coming to the community.

@Chris_B is spot on, it is a scam call.

As nice as it would be to get a discount, it wouldn't be something we'd call you out of the blue about and just say it was due to calls. If there was a problem with calls, we'd always need to look into it.

You can also report a scam call to us online. Your report is sent to our partner Hiya, who will use the your feedback to improve call protection in the future.
