If it was a call you received here, can you please fill out our form here to get this reported to our security team?
Alternatively if this was a text you can forward the message to 7726.

Also just as one extra point , it's integral not to ever install any software on your PC that a cold-caller recommends, especially if it's promoted as a virus solution or means of accessing your machine.
