EE is showing another customer's full details, bills and private information including full address on my account. Is there an easy way to raise this with them as a complaint and huge security flaw?

Have you tried raising this with customer service first to find out what is going on? That indeed does seem strange that your account is showing someone else’s details on your account, never come across that one before.
