Today I received a call from EE promotion team with phone number 01135347*** and 02032879*** they offered me sim plan 50% discount and asking me about my bank details please let me know what can I do help me

Spam calls can be concerning, but there are some best practices to keep your self safe.

Did you give any bank details to the caller, or let them know the One-time-pin number that you received on the message?

You can check if a call is genuine and from us on our How Do We Contact You page.
Or if the call was from our Direct Partners at Phone numbers EE partners will call from.

If you're concerned about unsolicited contact from other companies, you can visit How to avoid and prevent scams including phishing, vishing and smishing for hints on how to block and prevent these.

You can also report the call to be investigated at Report a scam call | Help
Alternatively, text CALL followed by the number that called you, to 7726 .

@SAJI3 , I had the same call with a different number, it is not an EE number or one of their partners, and I said I already have 50% discount and the person hung up, definitely a scam! If they ask you for bank details etc, you should know it is a scam, as EE would never ask these things.
