Does anyone know if a CSV file of usernames and passwords can be imported into the Password vault of Norton password manager Please?

You could try importing the CSV file (if possibe) to chrome, then transfering to Norton.

Thank you @Northerner,

Much appreciated. I will need to perform some additional steps as my usn's and pwd's are merely stored in an Excel file (issues I had with Norton password manager before...long story 🙂 ) I'll hopefully resolve this in a couple of days or so.
