Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to highlight this too!

When exactly are you seeing this message, and is it constant or only when performing certain tasks on your phone?

It's worth checking that your phone is up to date and give a restart a try, and if any message like this asks you to download an app or buy a product in order to 'fix the issue', never ever do this.
