Scam call

Had a few calls from 020 3103 7821 saying my SIM will be cancelled and they need to send me a new SIM number. Everything will stay the same. I’m then transferred to someone else to take my security details and information so they can send me a new SIM. I haven’t given them any information. Please can you advise if this is a scam or not? Thanks

Hi @Miss_Bectacular Thanks for getting in touch and letting us know you've received this call.

I've had a look through our partner number list, and I can't find that number on there, so it's not someone calling from EE or on behalf of EE.

I'd really appreciate if you can click this link: Report a scam or nuisance call so we can get this investigated.

Hi!

This same number called me twice today. It's totally a scammer pretending to be EE. Can something be done here?

So that we can investigate, please report the call to be investigated at Report a scam call | Help

Alternatively, text CALL followed by the number that called you, to 7726

020 3103 7341 ….. received a phone call from this number saying they were from virgin that’s twice today they’ve called me. I’ve just hung up.
