Are they trying to SCAM me?

I got call from a mobile phone claiming to be EE and trying to keep me as a customer as they know I have been looking into changing providers. I got an email from this address EE@eemail.ee.co.uk asking me to share my screen, supposedly to share the terms and. conditions of my potential new contract. Is this legit? Eemail.ee looks fishy

Also, I called EE myself yesterday and was asked to verify my identity. and give them a security code. that they sent me on my email. It seemed legit but the email address is also complicated: no-reply@info.ee.co.uk

what do you think?

It's normal to receive a link to accept your terms and conditions online as part of your upgrade.

Was it a Lightico link in the email?

@ariesbarbie if you called customer support then yes it’s legit. Only you know when you are calling customer support.

Lightico is a system used by our sales and upgrades teams so they can enter the details of what you have been discussing, and then you can read over the plan details and terms before accepting it.

There is nothing to worry about if you have been sent that link when speaking to our team.
