&lt;P&gt;Have you tried logging into your account (not via the link in the email), if you have changed this then again do not use the link i n the email. Also set up the 2 stage authentication.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The email sounds like a phishing email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4524"&gt;@Northerner&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; mentioned, it could be a phishing email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What email address did the email come from? Can you send over a screenshot of the email, blocking out any personal details like your email, full name and account number?&lt;/P&gt;
