EE phone hacked and they are using my playstore

Hello all,

I'm looking for some help, someone has scammed my phone and has managed to access my play store and is running up bills in my name. How do I stop this.

Welcome to the EE Community

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your phone number being used in the Play Store. If you only have one number on your account you can text BAR to 150 to place a bar on your number being used for purchases with other companies.

If you have more than one number on your account please give us a call on 150 and one of our guides will get a bar added for you. If you have not already you can report an unrecognised Google Play transaction on their page here Report charges that you don't recognise - Google Play Help
