I tried several times, more than 10 times by phone, to turn off content lock , but each time I didn't success, I went to EE store in Brent Cross shopping centre, and they refused my request. They told me you have to call 150 , no one answer by phone call,

It's not good customer service

Welcome to the community.

When you attempted to call on 150, did you manage to speak to someone? After the necessary security checks, they should be able to remove it for you.

Please go to How To I Turn On/Off Parental controls to change your Content Lock / Parental Controls on Pay monthly (contract) lines.

For Pay as you go (Pre pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age. Alternatively you can visit any EE store with some photo ID
