how do you contact customer services? i'm not with EE but a direct debit from them has appeared on my bank account. what do i do apart from cancelling it?

Have you ordered anything from the EE Store or had any deliveries to your address?

If not and you need to get this direct debit looked into, please call us on 0800 956 6000 and select new/joining EE the team will get this checked for you.

@hughes1975 Also contract your bank about this. Because if you’re not with EE this is fraud.
