@MM138 You can get your PUK code via your online are account to unlock your SIM card.

Hi I have changed SIM cards and locked myself out of my phone it comes up with mum code I don't have one can you help me

What make of handset are you using?

Is it the security code that you have locked out, or is it the network unlocking code that you need?

Does your original SIM card still work in the device?
