Voicemail Numbers 2220? could be scam?

Hi there, it s been a awhile I receive messages to call voicemail on the following Numbers; 22201, 22202, 22203.

The funny thing is it is always an expected call. It is true in the past i have called back these numbers could my phone being tapped already?

Please help.
