Hi,

I get a call every couple of days from a lady with a strong Asian accent on a London landline number saying that she’s from EE and can halve my monthly tariff for the same service. She has sent an email to enable me to change my EE password.
Any views on this ?

@PaultheMan wrote:

She has sent an email to enable me to change my EE password.
Any views on this ?

Sounds very dodgy this part to be honest, and I certainly wouldn't follow or click on any link in the email she has sent you.

Also the caller ID of a caller can be spoofed, so calls can appear to come from a certain geographical location, when in fact they can be from somewhere else in the world.
