    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, I’m in Turkey. Lost my phone. My insurers won’t begin to look at a claim until ee block it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so, no chat function on the site. Can’t call obviously. Twitter want me to upgrade before I can message them there, tried Facebook, no response. No email. No online form.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it almost as if ee have made it as difficult as possible to actually speak to someone if you’ve lost your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ee just means total frustration&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to speak with our Mobile Care team as soon as possible to report it as lost. You can find our contact information, including an international number, on our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/fix-problem/my-device-has-been-lost-or-stolen" target="_blank"&gt;Lost or Stolen Mobile Phone&lt;/A&gt; help page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I know of other users in similar situations using a VoIP service, such as Skype, to contact us.&lt;/P&gt;
