I am wondering is it possible i can set a patental control on my EE data if someone uses my mobile and try to open malicious website that will be blocked by Ee

Are there any websites in particular you are worried about someone accessing on your phone? You can set Content Lock on your phone, which may be what you're looking for.

Content Lock will be blocking adult sites, not necessarily malicious sites.
