Has anyone else received emails from someone claiming to be ee customer services, saying there is a renewal issue with the billing details on your account. I have had two, which is weird, as I only have one account, and I would have thought ee would contact you direct or through the app.

if you have received one of these, please don’t click on the Update Billing button as I think this is a scam

It's a scam. EE would never email in this way.

Forward the email to abuse@ee.co.uk as per this link.

There are many of these going the rounds. EE would never send you a msg asking you to click on a link in order to update your a/c.

Does it have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?

Report it to EE by forwarding the email to phishing@EE.co.uk .
