Scam Discount calling

Just received a call from this number claiming to be EE offering me 30% discount off my bill till my contract ends.

Number 02086385181.

The minute they asked me to confirm my email address I hung up and blocked.

When googled number it says its a company called Wave Crest Networks Ltd.

I've had a check of the numbers our team will call from, and this doesn't look to be one that we would use, so you've definitely made the right call!

I've just had the same call but for 40%. Told them to put it in writing and I'd look at it 🤣 then ended call. Somehow think I'll not receive anything! Blocked number.

@gillianchambers : Report spam calls to your network provider by texting CALL followed by the calling no. to 7726 (S.P.A.M. on your keypad).

1/11/2024 Just received a call from 02080449332 offering 30% discount ? Was marked as potential scam on my phone, took the call, but sounded like a scam all the way so hung up and blocked
