Receiving multiple calls from different numbers offering deals

I've been recently receiving calls from different mobile numbers, saying they're EE, and saying I can get 40% discount on my monthly bill etc, and then asking me for my Information to receive the discount. Some of the numbers are as follows;

07592115108

07864652060

Can anyone confirm wether or not this is actually EE, seems strange that they don't have a permanent number? Plus the fact that the audio quality on the other side is atrocious

They are defiantly not EE. Do not offer any information to them.

You can add these numbers to that list:

I received back to back calls claiming the same thing "40%" discount on my next bill.
