Has any other person been getting texts and calls from numbers claiming to be from EE, talking about EP financial solutions?

The precise message is: we have info from EE limited for *my name and surname *. To receive, please confirm you are *my name * by replying YES. EP Financial Solutions.

I find this really strange and worrisome. They also call my number. Can EE clarify, these calls and messages are from them. I dont pray for anyone to fall victim in this hard times if they isnt genuine

It could be legitimate. Is there any reason that EE might think you owe them money?

If you are concerned, call EE on a number that they publish on their web site and ask them to check your accounts.

A quick Google search for the phone number who called you, is often sufficient to get a feel for whether a caller is genuine or not.

Honestly, i would have called if i was in the country. I am presently not in the country and i am very certain i do not owe EE for any reason

This number, primarily associated with Utility Scam, is a mobile number operated by Telefonica UK Limited.

There is a list numbers here Which numbers do EE Partners call from

Sounds like a Scam call you recieved and if you text Call to 7726 then the number so the number will be investigated.
