It is switched on on new &amp;amp; upgraded contracts. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3843641"&gt;@Troyboss&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try calling EE on 150 to see if they will unblock it.&amp;nbsp; However you will need to have a very good reason for them to remove it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could have blocked it for numerous reasons.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
