My phone is restricted o cannot visit some adult site. I want it open pls. Went to Ee shop in town centre . Was told i had to do online. Pls look into it asap

@Citterio , if you are on a monthly contract you can do this via the EE App or by logging into your account via the website, in settings, and click on parental control.

If on pay as you go, you will have to ring customer service and pay a refundable amount to get this changed.

@Citterio : Are you on contract or PAYG?

On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
