150 possible scam by clicking link

During a text message conversation with 150 I got asked to click on a link. Which I did. It lead to a conversation trying to sort out my problem of not receiving calls (except on Wi-Fi). This call went on for 27 minutes and nothing happened to correct problems. But most concerned potentially a scam as the conversation went on for so long and asked questions about my job and stuff. Any help much appreciated.

What was the link?

Did it initiate a phone call? If it did, what was the number?

This could potentially be a live chat session, and the questions could be standard account security ones.

Crucial to this would be seeing the link and any specific numbers called.
