I recently received the message below from the number 1142:

Hi, EE here. Call us Willy Wonka because boy do we have a treat for you! Enjoy unlimited data, minutes and texts for just £1 for 1 day.

Make sure you have £1 balance, then reply ONE to get your golden ticket. The best bit: you can renew this as many times as you like until midnight, Saturday 9th December.

Looks like EE to me. scams usually use normal mobile numbers not shortcodes
