I was called by this number too. Offering upgrades and such, but I couldn't make out as there was a lot of noise in the background. I am sure it is a fake. Tried ringing but was a fake number.

Sent, and thought it was fake, one, my phone said the number came from London, and it is my understanding EE is based in Hatfield. Second, I would hope a major communication company would be more professional
