On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON if you are on contract.

Are you looking to verify your age to be able to remove content lock on a pay as you go account?

If yes, you can do this by either visiting your local EE Store with photo ID or by giving us a call.
