SPAM messages and what are EE doing to prevent them

Recently I have been getting a lot of spam messages through my EE number, don't get them from my other numbers on other networks, just EE

Do EE do anything to prevent these kind of spam messages, especially as they keep changing the source number

Latest ones are from RoyalMail about a delivery and EE about some reward points

Have you forwarded the messages on to 7726? It's a free message and sends the details to a security team who can investigate them.

@walkerx EE and all networks need customers to report spam messages to 7726 its the only way to get these numbers blocked. Unfortunately the spammers then just use a different numbers and so the cycle starts again. No network knows that a number is going to be used for spam and they can not be blocked before hand.
