I have ordered an esim on saturday i have had 3 emails, contract email, succesful order email and a direct debit confirmation and then nothing .

There is nothing in spam etc.

Not great for a new customer !

I’d recommend getting in touch with our customer support team so they can check the status of your order and advise you on the next steps.

@Justinf1007 , you can ring 150 and press option 2, which will get you to speak to someone.
