I ordered a MacBook Neo 512gb indigo back on the 23rd of September, it has now been 29 days. Whenever I seek an update I get told nothing, which has me fearing it could be another 28 days: I am in desperate need of this laptop as my studies are starting to intensify. I don’t need an accurate time frame I just need reassurance that this order is not going to take another 28 days or at least a window of when you guys are expecting deliveries.

I understand the ambiguity and why you keep the information vague but a total lack of information is extremely frustrating.

We want to get your Macbook to you as swiftly as possible but we do not have any further guidance on delivery at this point in time. It may be worth reaching back out to the team as they will be able to give you more of an accurate update, as we do not have account access here on the Community.

unfortunately I tried that before posting on the community. No one is able to give me any kind of information, not even a wide window. I also get different conflicting information on different calls, one person tells me it could be another 28 days another tells me it will be very soon. So you can understand my frustration.
