Missing order Number

Hi, i Pre-Ordered iphone duo but i have not received anything Confirmation mail while the upfront payment has left my account but i have received no tracking information and i haven’t even received a cancellation email so i am very confused what is happening right now.

I ordered it on 16th and have double checked all my folders including spam.

It's understandable that you're worried when you haven't recived a confirmation email.

If your upfront payment has been taken but you've not received an order confirmation, tracking details, or a cancellation email, it's usually a sign that the order is still being processed, or there may have been an issue with the order journey.
