Order status page is broken

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have tried for days to get an update for an estimated delivery date, but only getting this error page.

Sometimes it works in the app, and I get a message to check back later for a delivery date, but other times it crashes there too.

Are you able to track your order on our alternative Track Your Order page?

Hi,

Same issue on the alternative page.

I ordered the iPhone Duo. I know there are delays with it, but I was hoping to at least be able to view my order and check the status.

I understand that, but it does not explain why there is just an error message and no other information. It is not helpful.

They just reply with a standard message here… not a real help will happen apparently

The whole point of this thread is that you are not able to track your order online.

It seems like you missed that entirely...

@Debbie_G , both links work for me, asking to log-in, so not sure why customers are having problems with the link, not that I needed it, but just tried it, to confirm whether there was a problem at all.
