Preordered iPhone duo 1 tb star white sim free on the 16 a the beginning it was supposed to be delivered today, than email said in more than 28 days than 2nd email in 14 days, and today “ your order has been delayed “ so far EE processed my money on Monday 19th and they had no issue on taking my money out, £2599 is not a joke, I paid for a premium phone and I was expecting a premium service while clearly is not happening, yesterday on my app the button “ cancel order disappeared too“ technically speaking when a company confirms the payment means that a physical phone has been allocated and associated with the IMEI number, I’ve notice that some people has ordered the phone at 6:00pm and got it today, I want clear answer to this issue I’m even willing to pick up into a physical store right away

@Andry95apple technically speaking when paying for something if there is something to supply, then you’ll receive it. You made a payment to secure a device when a device can be allocated to you.

Still you ain’t provide me with any solution…🤷‍♂️ I called u already and u told me 3 different story

1at operator “ it might be with in by the 30 of October”

2 operator it will be delivered in 14 days

3 operator nothing in less than 28 days at least

Seems you don’t even know how to organise between each other

than as I said I paid in full for a premium phone and I was expecting a premium service, what your are saying it’s like, thanks for your money, we sell you the air and that’s it…

if you couldn’t fulfill the orders you were suppose to set them

as “ out of stock”

lastly still a delay message what does it means? Delayed for how long ? 1 day? 4 days ? 5 weeks 5 years ?

@Andry95apple you’ve secured a device when one becomes available to be allocated to you, it’s that simple. You never ordered a device to get it in lunch day.

I’m sorry that’s not quite right as when I place the order around 2 pm and it was due today, this guy is about to get his one, your words not mine, as I said what I need is clarification and be assured not feeling sorry after paid such amount of money

Absolutely not mate, the only think I will appreciate is a real date or an alternative simple as that, I’m nosy said they took my money and run away but it’s getting frustrating after you placed a preorder to basically getting it on launch day ( while wen out of stock worldwide at the time) and being pushed back, the sad thing is that now if u walk in an Apple Store you will ending on getting one right away, while we r still stucked in this limbo with no clue on when we will getting it, not at all.. can be in 3 weeks as 2 days as in January 2027, weeks don’t know nothing about it
