What is going on? My order has vanished from tracking xko, and 00 number not working

If order tracking is not working then you will need to call EE CS on 150.

It was working until about 20 mins ago though

Call it a gut feeling that something wasn’t right. I called them and ended up speaking with the executive team. Turns out that while my order was processed at 1;08 online it wasn’t picked up by the back office until gone 16:30. I said that I’d seen other people order after me (Apple - iPhone Duo ESIM 512GB Night Sky) and had confirmation) weird as tracking was showing. Now told order is still open and and at least 28 days
