Yesterday I was waiting for my order the driver was 1 and half hour late so I was chatting to customer service dpd and I received a text that sorry we missed you your driver SANGARE won’t be back today dpd customer service upgraded my delivery for today between 8am and 12 pm but I don’t see any update or whatever my parcel is still at the dockland depot I’m not going to wait anymore after 12 what should I do

Hi @Daniela34

Have you downloaded the DPD app or checked their website.

They use that term if they are behind as well and normally deliver the next day. Interestingly I seem to receive something similar when they deliver with a "green" EV 😂. I am sure it is just coincidental.

Hopefully your delivery turns up today but download and register the DPD app or check there website tracker.

Hi Daniela34,
I had the exact same issue with a fake black picture from a lazy DPD driver yesterday. Do not waste time with the website bot.
Go to your email and send your complaint together with your fake picture screenshot directly to the DPD UK Head Office Management Team.
Their official escalation email address is yourcomplaint AT dpd DOT co DOT uk (just write it using the standard email format symbols).
They escalated my case instantly, forced the local depot manager to step in, and replaced my driver today. Hope this helps you get your parcel!
