I know it shows my location but it’s a shopping centre (EE store)

Great news. I wonder if it’s slightly early as it’s going to a store (so won’t be available for collection until Friday)? Also can I ask what spec and time you ordered?

Hey Tim,

I ordered it at around 1:09 PM (got my XKO number) but I had a conversation with ee at around 8PM as they had to confirm details then they sent me my 006 number.

I had the Night Sky 256GB.

Awesome, I ordered the same spec and had my xko confirmed at 13:02 so hoping I have a good chance of getting it soon too!

Only the EE order tracking number. But mine is a home delivery. So if I am lucky I will get an update from DPD tomorrow.

If you go onto this website - https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

Put in your order number and email/phone number

Under Estimated Delivery does yours still say 'Date not found'.

Mine still says date not found. But I have seen other say, that didn’t update even after they had received their iPhone 18’s

Ah I see, yeah mine now says 23rd October. Might be because it's going to in store.

Yeah that's how it normally is for in-store pick up - but they receive it in a bag not to open until Friday

Hi. 006 number in hand, order processed by 13:55 the other day, "Date not found" showing currently. Nothing from DPD yet, any ideas whether I could still expect delivery tomorrow? Thanks!

DPD tracking came for me at 9am today for delivery tomorrow. I ordered at 1:01pm on launch day but had to change where my pin went and EE kept my place in the queue it seems.

Very happy! EE has never let me down on launch day.

Good luck everyone for tomorrow!

Just to let you know; the tracking hasn’t updated when I go to track on the EE website, it still says no data etc. It seems DPD is doing the heavy lifting when it comes to communication when your phone is due.

If you don’t receive anything by like maximum 8PM tonight then expect nothing unless you are very lucky in terms of DPD getting ur order late and tracking comes later.

Yep, my iPhone is currently in store right now, and has been since about 10:30 AM, but unfortunately can’t get it till tomorrow but will be able to get it at 9 AM when store opens.
