I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max and it’s been 24 hours and I have had no email or text the money has come out of my bank account but I have had no more from EE yet

Tried multiple different numbers but can’t get through to a human on that number. It’s ridiculous. You order a phone through EE but you can’t actually get hold of a proper human speak to unless you go into the store
