Tracking number not working

I ordered a phone however it won’t let me track the phone it’s saying “tracking reference number not available” I have had a confirmation email saying I’ve got the phone and I’ve paid for it. How long will I have to wait to actually see the tracking order or when will receive the order?

Please don't share this in public, but was it an order reference number starting XK that you received here?

Also what make and model of phone have you gone for here, including the colour and storage version?

Hello yes the reference number does start with XK and it was the iPhone 18 pro in the blue colour

Thanks @Lilly29 - if you haven't already I'd recommend checking your spam / junk folder just in case our team have reached out to you about your order.

Occasionally we'll need customers to call us to confirm a few extra details, but this isn't usually a major problem.

Also what storage version did you go for here? Delivery timescales can differ depending on variant.
