Hi there i also recieved an xko number I payed 30 upfront but this is not in pending this has gone straight to ee from mu monzo account. However I have had no email saying this has been accepted or not. Surely ee should do checks before taking out the upfront cost? I ordered at 11:45 today so about 8 hours have passed and ive heard nothing from ee regarding this can you help please
