iPhone 16e order delays

Please can you check when new stock is expected for iPhone 16e, 256gb black version? I ordered this phone on 12th September and EE has taken payment but the order is ‘delayed’ without any further information.

Hi @Ganoushian20

Welcome to the community.

I can't seem to find any information about that model specifically, I would recommend Contacting us to speak with one of our guides who will be able to look into this for you.

Thanks

Ritu

@Ganoushian20 Apple discontinued that device when the 17e was launched and that was launched a year ago now. I very much doubt EE will get stock of this device now. The only option I can find are good as new devices that are not on contract it’s just the phone
