Still waiting for any details regarding upgrading my phone and ordering the iPhone 18 Pro in burgundy 246GB. Has been over a week and not a single update or time frame. I am also due my phone bill which I am being charged for the new phone when I don’t even have it yet!

Check EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/orders/track-your-order

If order tracking does not work then speak to EE CS on 150.

Apple own site says 1-2 weeks and they will be prioritised.

Burgundy has been popular so could be a few weeks, if you can state date/time you ordered someone should be able to check timescales for you

As an aside you will not be charged for it on your next bill if you don't have it, billing will only update after received & active

Your new contract doesnt normally start until the day you get your new phone so would give customer services a call just to clarify this. I ordered the same phone last week and was told delivery is more than 28 days

Tracking still says it hasn’t been dispatched but people who are getting them ordered to their homes are getting them faster - why is this?

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your new phone.

There wouldn't be any quicker delivery for anyone who gets one delivered to their home, as everything is dispatched on a first come, first served basis.

You shouldn't be getting charged for the new plan yet though, as this wouldn't start until the phone is dispatched. If it is in place, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can bring up your account and check the order status.
