Im moving house in the next two weeks and I’m concerned my device won’t arrive before I move

Which model of iPhone 18 Pro Max did you order in terms of memory size and colour? And what was the date of your order? I can check the expected timescale for your order based on that information.

When you say you upgraded, just to double check you have bought the phone as part of your contract with us to pay it off over the contract, and not one you have purchased SIM free either outright from us or on EE Finance?

hi i ordered my iphone silver 18 pro max a few days ago and i received a message regarding getting into contact with them to complete my order and i’m confused cause what would i need to complete i’ve tried phoning them and i keep being left on hold the whole time can you help me
