I ordered a phone on 27.09.26 and I have not had any communication that it has been dispatched and no updates when I track order.

I was told it would be dispatched within 24 hours.

Welcome to the community.

The dispatch message will come from our courier company, usually the night before and morning of delivery.

If you let us know which phone you ordered (including memory size and colour) we'll check our stock levels for you.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

I was told dispatch within one day, but it has now been a week since I ordered.

I can’t track my order because there is no data there, it still says awaiting dispatch and it has been 7 days.

It's great that you can see your order on the tracking page- that suggests the order was accepted and processed.

However, as this should have been dispatched already and there is no shipping data there, I'd recommend giving our Customer Service team a call where a guide can check you order has not become stuck in process.

If it has they can check what happened and take the necessary steps to get the device shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
