18 pro max silver 256gb, ordered a week ago. No dispatch update.

Ordered 18pro max silver 256gb 7 days ago, was meant to be in stock and delivered to store in 2-3 days, got 1st message to say it was on the way to my chosen store and got another message few days to say my order is on track! Yet in the tracking link, it says dispatch date not found, delivery date not found. Tracking is still stuck on “awaiting dispatch”. Customer service have not been helpful and provided conflicting information. This is frustrating especially as no one has told me exactly what’s happening.

@AYOBAMIAKINFENW Online it says usually delivered in 21 days you’ll not get it any sooner unless EE get a shed load of them from the manufacturer.

Looking at the order history for iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB Silver, stock guidance while placing an order on the 24th September was: "Available to order- Expect despatch within 28 days"

Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the manufacturer so we can ship this out as soon as possible.
As you've requested delivery to the store, once they have your item ready for collection they will get in touch with you to let you know.
