Apple Watch Order - Temporary Order Number, No Update

I ordered an upgrade for my Apple Watch and it stated 28 days but then when the order was complete, it showed nothing due in advance and nothing due per month and an order number that doesn’t track (apparently a temporary one). I’ve had no update since and I’m not sure if it has actually gone through?

Welcome to the community.

If you aren't able to track the order using the details you have been given, I would recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can help.

They'll be able to bring up the account and check that the order has gone through and the order number that you'd need to use in the tracking.
