seeming I’ve just come to ee as I’ve heard such great things in actually let down I’ve ordered a new phone can’t login on app as it’s down I’ve tired tracking my order and it’s saying can’t detect the order number. Is there something wrong with the app

I’ve just ordered an iPhone 17 pro max I can’t get on app track my order or anything I ordered it around 10 pm I say can anyone help

We're sorry for the inconvenience. When we need to run essential maintenance works, we do so at off-peak times when there's less traffic. If you try again this morning, it should work OK for you.

To be honest I’ve made the worse decision ever with we at this rate I’ve ordered and I can’t even track my order it’s saying it’s not recognised I try calling I get nothing I don’t know what you do you taken the money but I’ve had no delivery updates or nothing.

Whilst we can't check specific orders via these forums, if you've received an order reference number that's definitely a good sign.

Also what model of phone have you gone for here, including the colour and storage version?

This model is showing plenty of stock at the moment, so we would usually expect to see this as soon as next day.

As I said above, usually getting a reference number is a good sign, but very occasionally we will need to check over a few additional details before this is pushed through.

If you're struggling to track this via our app and website, I'd recommend giving our team a call, then follow the options towards our billing team.

Once connected to one of our Guides, mention your XK order reference number, and they can help you get this checked our, or if needs be transfer you to a member of our dedicated websales team, too!
