DPD delivery PIN sent to an old Apple Watch number – no tracking details

Hi,

I need some help with my EE order.

My order number is [Removed].

DPD attempted to deliver my Apple Watch today, but I received no DPD tracking SMS, no tracking email and no delivery PIN.

The problem is that the PIN appears to have been sent to the mobile number associated with my previous Apple Watch, which I no longer have access to. I now have a different Apple Watch on a separate EE plan.

I have my driving licence/ID available, but I understand that DPD may require the PIN for delivery.

Could an EE moderator please check my order and provide the DPD tracking number, and advise whether the delivery PIN can be sent to my current mobile number or whether there is another way to complete the delivery?

Urgent – DPD delivery PIN/tracking missing

Hi, I need help with order [Removed].

You would need to ring customer service and speak to them, as they are the only ones who have account details.

Hi, I have another question regarding my EE Apple Watch delivery.

DPD attempted delivery today, but I did not receive the delivery PIN.

However, at 13:45 today I received a message saying:

“XXXXX is your verification code for DPD”

The code is 5 digits, not 4 digits, and the message appeared on both of my iPads.

Could someone please confirm what this 5-digit DPD verification code is for, and whether it could be related to my Apple Watch delivery or be used by the DPD driver?

I am trying to understand why I received this code after the delivery attempt.

I would definitely recommend following @Schockwave's advice so that a member of our team can share the tracking link and update the contact number for the delivery for you.

Those other texts don't sound related to the DPD delivery. The DPD delivery PIN will be 4 digits and will just be sent to the number set down as the contact number for delivery and not any alternatives unless you get in touch to update it.

The text you have recieved does sound a bit suspicious, do they show as sent from DPD, can you see previous message history from DPD in the same message chain ? Had you created a DPD account or were trying to login to a DPD account, as it sounds like those could be one time PIN for a login attempt.
