I ordered an iPhone 18 pro max 512GB Burgandy on 25/09/2026 and I still havent recieveed an esmil with rough estimated delivery date? I have my order confirmation but still dont know when its coming

I placed an order the same day as u however the person told me it’s 15 days to wait untill it’s dispatched however when I look on the website to choose iPhone 18 it says expect dispatch within 3 days 🤷🏽‍♀️

I've had a look at the stock information and at the point you placed the order, the expected dispatch time was more than 28 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, the courier will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery.

So will is still be 28 days as I can see online is has changed to 21 days or less if I order today? How can people who order after me get it sooner?

The orders do work on a queue system and your order will be fulfilled before any new orders.

For any new orders, the iPhone 18 Pro Max 512GB in Burgundy, is showing as 'Expect dispatch in more than 28 days'
