i did a pre-order on the 19th of this month. i am yet to get any update and a freind who ordered from EE on the 20th has got an update on his deliverie for the same phone i ordered. are there prefrential treatment through this

Delivery times may vary depending on what colour and memory size you chose.

Hi, I’ve got a similar query - I pre ordered on the 18th and now it says that it is delayed. I ordered the 18 pro max with the glacier colour and 512gb storage.

Also, do the pro maxes in glacier and 1tb storage show as being in stock now? If so, would it be best if I cancel my current order and order a 1tb variant?

I ordered the Burgundy iPhone 18 Pro Max (256GB). The frustrating thing is that my phone broke while I was playing basketball yesterday, so now I have to keep refreshing my emails day in and day out, hoping for a delivery update. I'm just stuck waiting, and it's really annoying.

Lovely choice of colour you're going for there.

If you ordered the iPhone Pro Max 512gb in Glacier on the 18th, there would be a 14 day wait from the date of order.

The 1TB version is currently showing as in stock.

@bankeyys For the iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB Burgundy, at the time of your order on 19th September, the guidance was to expect dispatch in more than 28 days from your order. The current guidance as of 25th is to expect dispatch within 21 days of the 25th Sep.

We don't have any exact dates as it will be dependent on when the stock comes in, but that is the timescale for your delivery.

i also ordered during the pre-orderday and now I’ve now received a call and email from EE confirming that my iPhone 18 Pro Max was lost by DPD. EE cancelled my order and will refund my payment.I find this extremely disappointing, especially as a loyal EE customer for many years. If I had known this was how EE would handle the situation, I would have bought directly from Apple.I understand the loss was with DPD, but I expected EE to show more care and take responsibility for helping resolve the issue. Instead, I feel completely let down. After years of loyalty, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in EE.

I completely understand your disappointment. The best advice I can give is to speak with our customer support team, to see what the next steps are.

Alternatively, you can open a complaint online, and a dedicated team will look into it to make sure the correct processes are being followed. They'll contact you back directly to discuss it.
