Hi. When I put in my order reference and my email it says thats something is wrong and it doesnt work. So I am unable to track my device.

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

I am having the same issue. I have the order number on the initial email, nothing else since and my order number brings up that there is something wrong when I try to add it to tracking or order history.

I placed my order on Friday. iPhone 18 pro max in burgundy 512gb memory. I am expecting the long wait time which is fine.

however I have just spoken to them and looks like there’s been a glitch as my order shows as cancelled but it was never actually processed 😞 lots have been affected but no emails have been sent but we should get our refund. I need to do a reorder now and be 4 days further behind for my delivery than I already am 😞

I never received a text which concerned me so phoned yesterday. When did you order? May be worth giving them a call.
